The advisory committee has two functions to fulfil in the overall project. Firstly, its task is to promote the discussion of the project's findings at both the scientific and political level. Secondly, advisory committee members are charged with relaying the project's findings to third parties. The committee is made up of specialists active in the scientific and political resource efficiency debate whose involvement can open up important and broad channels of communication for the project and facilitate direct and indirect access to key players and communicators.
Procedure: - The committee will co-ordinate and organise advisory committee meetings (five in total, linked with the major conferences whenever possible);
- Committee members will be informed of the project's progress on an ongoing basis.
